• LIMS is not authorized for collection of personal information (including both the name and address of a person, unless for business contact purpose)
• Users must not add personal information into input fields that use open text/free-form entry
• If users identify something that looks like personal information in LIMS, please notify LaSB Help Desk via email at LaSBCustomerService@ontario.ca
